Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rock Stand!

We take great pride in our products. If your custom item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error in the personalization (e.g., a spelling mistake on our end), we will happily replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you as long as you notify us at rockstandnow@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your package. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the damage or error to avoid prolonging the process.

Upon receipt, we will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

If approved, we will either reprint your item(s) or issue a refund.

Exceptions
All sales are final and we cannot accept returns or process refunds for:

• custom-made and personalized items with custom spelling or details that match your submitted order.

• Wear and tear from normal use of products.

• Items damaged after delivery.
